A bequest to MS Research Australia
However large or small, your bequest to MS Research Australia will make a difference. It will allow Australia's leading MS researchers to focus their attention on finding the cause and cure for MS. Medical research is moving rapidly and each new discovery takes us closer to our vision of a world free of MS.
Your generous bequest will be directed (unless specified) to the most appropriate areas of MS research that require funding.
How to leave a bequest to help MSRA find the cause and cure for multiple sclerosis
MSRA recommends you see legal advice when preparing or revising your Will. It is a legal document that allows you to advise how you would like your assets distributed.
This can include:
- A specific bequest - A gift of a specific nominated asset like a house or parcel of shares or a specific amount of money.
- A percentage - A nominated percentage of your Estate.
- A residual - What remains of your Estate after all debts have been paid and all other gifts distributed.
Bequest wording
'I bequeath to MS Research Australia Limited (ABN:34 008 581 431) for its general purposes, ........(please include your bequest option here).......... and I direct that the receipt of the Chief Executive Officer or Secretary of such organisation shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my trustee for the payment of such benefit.'
